Return or Replacement Policy
- Eligibility for Returns / Replacement: We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product is in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
- The product has not been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
- The return /replacement request is initiated within two days from the date of delivery only for damages in transit.
- Return will only be accepted if any damage in transit occurred.
- Clear photographs of the damage should be sent along with damage report and replacement claim.
- In cases of damages in transit , once your report and claim is accepted we would initiate a replacement dispatch and the damaged product need not be returned.
- Return /Replacement Process: To initiate a return in case of transit damage, please follow these steps:

- Inspection and Replacement: Once we receive the damage report with photographs , we will inspect it to ensure it meets our replacement criteria. Upon approval, we will process your replacement using the original payment reference.
